- ½ cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin

- salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- shredded lettuce (optional)
- diced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Heat tortillas in another pan or microwave until pliable.
- Place a tortilla on a plate, add seasoned beef and sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with sour cream, salsa, cilantro, lettuce, and tomatoes as desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from bottom to top tightly.
