- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

- Stir heavy cream into the sausage mixture; add reserved pasta water if needed for desired creaminess.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, mixing well. Garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
