Quick and easy Rotisserie Chicken Alfredo is a creamy, comforting dish perfect for busy weeknights or cozy gatherings. Enjoy the rich flavors of garlic, parmesan, and tender chicken!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Gradually stir in the heavy cream, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually to reach desired consistency.
  5. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken until coated in the sauce.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the creamy sauce until well combined. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.
