  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
