  • 1 can (12 oz) high-quality tuna, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until al dente (6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in butter until translucent (3-4 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed onions, tuna, peas, and cheese. Pour sauce over the mixture and stir gently.
