  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
