- 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop the garlic. Preheat a skillet over medium heat, seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

- In a separate pot, boil water and cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float (about 2 minutes). Drain.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed; sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then mix in grated Asiago cheese until creamy.
