- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook seasoned chicken breasts over medium heat until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side), then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, sliced chicken, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese until well combined.
- Transfer to the baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
