  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat slightly, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted (2 minutes).
  3. Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently; simmer until slightly thickened (3-5 minutes).
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Toss cooked gnocchi into the sauce with Italian seasoning; mix well.
  6. Adjust seasonings as necessary before serving hot.
