Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent (about 3 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
