- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying (enough for about 2 inches in pan)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the corned beef, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and soy sauce until slightly softened and aromatic.
- Place two tablespoons of filling into the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom up over the filling and tuck in the sides tightly. Roll up completely to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes).
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
