Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  1. Cut mozzarella into one-inch cubes.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and the last with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each cheese cube in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
