- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In one bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken breasts on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring constantly until combined.
- Serve crispy chicken drizzled with garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
