Instructions
- Preheat oil in a frying pan over medium heat or preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Soften each rice paper wrapper by dipping it in warm water for about 10 seconds.
- Place the softened wrapper flat and add a spoonful of crab mixture (crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder) near the center.
- Fold over one edge tightly, tuck in both sides, and roll up like a burrito.
