- Juice of 2 limes
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Transfer the seared chicken to the crockpot; add onions, garlic, green chiles, spices, and broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
