- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread (150g)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (90g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Let cool slightly before mixing in sugars.
- Stir in granulated and brown sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until fluffy.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in half of the Biscoff spread and chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before slicing.
