  • 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (110g)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (125g)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread (150g)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (90g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Let cool slightly before mixing in sugars.
  3. Stir in granulated and brown sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until fluffy.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in half of the Biscoff spread and chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before slicing.
