- 3 large leeks, cleaned and chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant.
