- 4 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups spinach or lettuce

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mash ripe avocados and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
