Description

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic dish, featuring tender chicken, smoky ham, and gooey Swiss cheese nestled within soft slider buns. Perfect for gatherings, these bite-sized treats are easy to prepare and packed with flavor. With a crispy topping and rich filling, they promise to satisfy every craving while making any occasion feel special.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 12 soft slider buns
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Once cooled, slice each chicken breast horizontally. On the bottom of each slider bun, layer ham, Swiss cheese, and a piece of chicken. Drizzle with mustard before adding the top bun.
  4. In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over each slider.
  5. Return assembled sliders to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm with extra mustard or dipping sauces.
