- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
- 8 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
- 12 soft slider buns
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Once cooled, slice each chicken breast horizontally. On the bottom of each slider bun, layer ham, Swiss cheese, and a piece of chicken. Drizzle with mustard before adding the top bun.
- In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over each slider.
- Return assembled sliders to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with extra mustard or dipping sauces.
