- 6 slices crispy bacon

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, cook bacon until crisp (about 5 minutes). Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, corn, halved cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon bits, and creamy pesto sauce. Toss gently to coat.
