  • 8 oz fusilli or rotini pasta
  • 1 can (5 oz) solid white tuna in water, drained
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier twist)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. Flake the drained tuna into a large mixing bowl.
