- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- For rolling: ¼ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

- In a large bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Roll dough into balls and coat in the sugar-cinnamon mixture before placing on prepared sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden around edges but still soft in the center.
