  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup high-quality honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
