Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Maple syrup or whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Add eggnog, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (about 2 more minutes).
  5. Serve warm with maple syrup or whipped cream.
