Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 box (3 oz) blueberry gelatin
  • 2 packets (0.25 oz each) unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water (2 cups boiling for each layer)
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Red Layer: Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Pour into clear cups until one-third full and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
  2. Make the White Layer: In a bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with 1 cup cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes. Then dissolve sugar in another cup of boiling water and combine with the bloomed gelatin. Cool slightly before pouring over the red layer.
  3. Chill: Return to the refrigerator and wait for another 2 hours until set.
  4. Finish with the Blue Layer: Repeat the first step using blueberry gelatin. Pour carefully over the white layer and chill again for about 2 hours.
  5. Serve: Top each cup with whipped cream and enjoy!
