Instructions

  2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until translucent (3-4 minutes). Add ground beef; cook until browned.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
