Description

  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold and roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut pastry into 4-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of cherry filling in the center of each square and fold over two corners to form a pocket.
