Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Fold in chopped honey buns gently to create swirls.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
