  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook until softened.
