  • 2 cans (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Sour cream

Instructions
