Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and oil until smooth. Gradually mix into dry ingredients.
- Divide the batter between the pans and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely on wire racks.
- For the frosting, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; then add confectioners’ sugar and crushed Oreos.
- Assemble by layering the cakes with frosting in between and covering the entire cake with more frosting.
