  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground clove
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  4. Stir in sour cream, vanilla extract, and spices until well blended.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Turn off oven, leaving cheesecake inside for an hour to cool slowly. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
