- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and season the salmon with salt and pepper. Cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and flake into bite-sized pieces.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and stir gently.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted smooth. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Combine cooked pasta, flaked salmon, and spinach into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
