  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and sour cream until well mixed.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish, dollop cheesecake mixture on top, and swirl gently. Pour remaining brownie batter and repeat swirling.
  5. Scatter raspberries on top, pressing them lightly into the batter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool completely before slicing.
