Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a tart pan.
  2. 2. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. 3. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
