  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, and ginger paste. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and honey until well incorporated.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. For the glaze, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened (3-5 minutes).
