  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, flake the drained tuna and mix it with breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties about three inches wide.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties once hot and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. For the spicy mayo, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
