- 1 cup almond flour (100g)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (60ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Combine the eggs, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the mashed bananas; mix well.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch. Cool before serving.
