  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
