  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 medium fresh pineapple (cut into 1-inch chunks)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color, cut into chunks)
  • 1 medium red onion (cut into chunks)
  • 8 wooden or metal skewers
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce with honey and lime juice.
  2. Marinate chicken cubes in half of the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Thread chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.

  5. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
