  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray for baking
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; sauté until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
  4. Spoon about two tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, top with cheese, then fold tightly like burritos.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
