- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté diced onions until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic for another minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned (approximately 7 minutes).
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until moisture is released (about 5 minutes). Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and beef broth; simmer for another 10 minutes until thickened.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry into the baking dish, pour in the beef mixture, then cover with the second sheet. Cut slits in the top layer.
