- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the mixed berries with granulated sugar until coated.
- In another bowl, combine 1 cup flour, softened butter, and brown sugar until crumbly.
- Press two-thirds of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the berry mixture on top.
- For the topping, mix the remaining crust mixture with 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon; crumble over the berry layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool before slicing.
