  • 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mixed berries with granulated sugar until coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine 1 cup flour, softened butter, and brown sugar until crumbly.
  4. Press two-thirds of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the berry mixture on top.
  5. For the topping, mix the remaining crust mixture with 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon; crumble over the berry layer.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool before slicing.
