  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing garlic.
