  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For frosting, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; add lemon zest if desired.
