  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar mixture (1 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it into triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place a generous scoop of the cheesecake filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up, tucking in the sides.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over each rolled crescent.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
