- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped chicken in olive oil until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Add minced garlic during the last minute.
- In a bowl, mix sautéed chicken with half of the mozzarella and half of the Alfredo sauce until well combined.
- Stuff each shell with about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over stuffed shells and top with leftover mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
