  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped chicken in olive oil until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Add minced garlic during the last minute.
  4. In a bowl, mix sautéed chicken with half of the mozzarella and half of the Alfredo sauce until well combined.
  5. Stuff each shell with about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over stuffed shells and top with leftover mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
