  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; set aside.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked; slice into strips.
  4. In the same skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and minced garlic over medium heat; simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. In the prepared baking dish, mix cooked pasta, sliced chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy sauce until well combined.
