  • 4 cups fresh kale, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
