  • 2 tablespoons pure honey
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
  • red pepper flakes to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Mix in bell peppers and broccoli; cook until vibrant yet tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, cornstarch mixture, and red pepper flakes if using. Pour over the chicken and veggies; stir well to combine.
